A one-day course providing an overview of economic evaluation alongside randomised controlled trials and other studies, with particular focus on the design and practical aspects. Issues covered in this course will include: Collecting relevant cost data; Analysing health economic data; Economic evaluation reporting standards; Methods to assess quality of life; Extrapolation, modelling and capturing uncertainty.
