| The conference will start at 8:50 a.m. on Thursday, September 11th, and end at 5 p.m. on Friday, September 12th will start at 9:00am and end at 4:30pm. |
| Oral presenters, please review the AHES conference program to locate your session and check the details of your presentation, especially the amount of time available for your presentation. Parallel Sessions 1-7 allow 20 minutes per presentation (17-minute presentation and 3-minute question time), |
| Poster viewing sessions will run at lunch time each day. Poster boards will be available at the conference venue and are 89cm wide x 1.65m high. Portrait size AO would fit best (841cm x 1189cm). The option to have A4 printed flyers of posters is also available to you for placing underneath your poster if you choose to do so. |
| Oral poster presenters should note that each presentation should be 3 minutes long. |
