This is a reminder that nominations for the AHES prize close this Saturday 30th March.

Every two years AHES awards a prize to promote excellence in research by Australasian health economists. Members are encouraged to nominate papers that meet the eligibility criteria which are:

  • published in a journal in 2017 or 2018, and
  • with at least 50% of authors with Australian or New Zealand affiliation.

All eligible papers that are published in the Journals "Health Economics" and the "Journal of Health Economics" in 2017 and 2018 are automatically considered for the prize.  Papers can be nominated by the authors or by other AHES members on behalf of the authors. Please visit our online form to make your nominations.

The winner will be announced and awarded at the 2019 AHES conference to be held in Melbourne this September.
