ANZ-Melbourne Institute Health Sector Report Launch
Trends in the structure and financial health of private medical practices in Australia
Wednesday 12 October 2022, 12:00–1:00 PM (AEDT), online event
How have private medical practices been impacted by the recent pressures caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and increasing competition and costs within the sector? How is the financial health of the sector? What are the trends and implications of these on costs, quality and access to care?
At this event, prominent researchers and experts in the field will explore these questions, and more, by drawing on the key findings of the latest ANZ-Melbourne Institute Health Sector Report. The report uses new data for the first time to provide evidence of trends for GP and non-GP specialist businesses providing medical services in Australia.
Register now to attend and hear from Professor Anthony Scott (Melbourne Institute: Applied Economic & Social Research), Cindy Arthur (ANZ), Julie O'Reilly (William Buck), Dr Michael Wright (GP and RACGP).
Following the webinar all attendees will receive a digital copy of the new report.
