The 11th Health Services and Policy Research Conference  will be held at the Pullman Auckland, New Zealand from 4 to 6 December 2019. The theme of this years conference is 'Addressing Health Service Inequities to Improve Health System Performance'.

The Conference’s well-balanced mixture of invited speakers, proffered papers and delegate opportunities for contribution and discussion, make it a “must attend” event for all in the health services and policy community.

If you wish to submit an abstract for consideration, please follow the submission form links below. Potential presenters should note that all costs to attend the conference must be met from their own resources. The 2019 Conference theme is Addressing Health Service Inequities to Address Health System Performance.

All abstracts submissions must be made via the website by completing the online submission form and attaching your abstract as per the layout guidelines.

How to Submit an Abstract

To be selected to present you are required to submit an abstract via the website. All abstracts must be submitted electronically.  Refer to the Conference website for preliminary program, submission and registration instructions.

Special Conference Issue of Journal of Health Organisation and Management

HSRAANZ are planning to publish a peer reviewed conference special issue in the Journal of Health Organisation and Management. This special issue will include a selection of research presented at the conference. The conference academic committee will shortlist from conference abstracts and invite authors to submit a full paper for review. All full papers will need to be submitted by end of March 2020 for consideration in the special issue.

You will be asked to indicate at the time of submission if would you like your abstract to be considered for preparation as a full paper for the JHOM special issue.
